Nordwireless, a subsidiary of Wifinder, Inc. which runs the biggest and most comprehensive directory of hotspots in the world, submitted a response to the tender and actually posted it on the Nordwireless website. The English and French versions can be downloaded in PDF format.

Wouldn’t it be great if more people posted tender responses and public tenders on the Internet so we could all learn from one another?
