The City of Rock Hill in South Carolina has issued an RFP for a municipal wireless communication system. The city intends to own, and possibly operate the network. Rock Hill has a population of 60,000 (there are 200,000 in York County). It is 25 miles south of Charlotte, NC along I-77.
