Muniwireless launches forum

We are launching the MuniWireless Forum to allow people to post questions and comments about large scale Wi-Fi and WiMAX networks, applications, business models, funding and more. If you have a question about how to set up a Wi-Fi network in your community and want feedback from people who have done it, please join the forum. Posts about the broadband stimulus (BTOP and BIP), and broadband in general, are also welcome.

If you have technical questions, please post as well. Many MuniWireless readers are RF engineers, systems integrators, and network consultants, and they can help you.

Finally, the forum is for a worldwide audience, so if you are from outside the US, we would love to see you on the forum. You log on via your Facebook, Twitter, Linked In and any other account.

NOTE: The MuniWireless Forum is powered by a new service called Tal.ki from Lefora (which is run by Paul Bragiel and Vinnie Lauria). Tal.ki gives you an easy way to embed a forum in your website, be it a blog or a company site. It took me less than 10 minutes to set up the forum. Since it is new, there will be bugs, so be patient.
